Trim and Tilt

Does anyone know if a 1994 Yamaha Model C40 PLRS has the trim and tilt feature. My motor will not trim while underway. The up and down works fine when sitting still or just moving but not at any reasonable speed. A guy told me that it may not have the trim and tilt feature and that is the reason. Any help will be appreciated.

he was correct it just has tilt not trim

So with just tilt the motor will not even trim up underway?
