Trim and Tilt Trials

I own a Memphis Arrow Glass with a Mercruiser 120 (1967).
My Stern Drive won't stay in the up position. I have bleeded the lines, replaced hydraulic hoses, cleaned out the resevoir and replaced all "O" Rings. I am not sure what to do next. Some say "check valve failure", others say "Trim Cylinders", others say give me lots of money and I will tell you.

Any Ideas?

It's probably the Valving in the Pump,......

If a cylinder was leaking by, the other 1 should hold up the drive......
