Make sure both the shift lever on the outdrive is in forward and the shift control is in forward. Also you need to make sure your engine is alligned

Allignment tool is very easy to be pushed in and get out. Also shift lever and outdrive are in the forward postion. But they have not touched and the outdrive is stuck.

I've had issues with the splines on the outdrive shaft not being lined up with those on the motor. You can turn the propeller by hand (counter-clockwise assuming you have the drive in FWD) with some effort. If you have a second person, one can do this while both are lifting and pushing the drive inward. It should mesh/go once you line the splines up.

You are right. I mounted the propeller and then I turn the propeller and the outdrive is easy to be pushed. thank you.
