what will a bennington tritoon do for top speed with a yamaha 150 four stroke do,looking at buying, any other advice would be greatly appreciated,

no idea, ask bennington. i do know the tritoons are much more stable, and faster. you still have to be careful about load placement. you don't want to get too much weight, in the bow, and submarine it.
