Hello,
I am replacing the transom in my 19' 1981 Glastron Bowrider with 175 Evinrude outboard motor. I'm looking for guidance on the following:
1. Best plywood type for transom replacement.
A) Marine Grade Plywood
B) Exterior grade Plywood
C) MDO
D) Other?

Recommended Adhesive to bond two 3/4" ply together for transom:
1) Fiberglass
2) Epoxy
3) Other?

What I did for my outboard transom, I pressed 3 sheets of 1/2 inch marine grade plywood with loctite PL, put a few hundred pounds of weight on it, when dried I mounted it to the aft with a ton hardened epoxy (West Marine 105, 205, and 404) then tabbed it in with 12oz of fiberglass/epoxy, followed by covering it in a layer of woven 17oz with epoxy. It's ludicrously strong now.

You could use hardened epoxy to bond the wood together, but epoxy is more expensive.

Take a look at the 2nd link in my signature line below. Ext grade plywood, Titebond III and polyester resin will work just fine
