Trailer wheels and tires

I'm looking to replace both the wheels and tires on my tandem axle boat trailer. The original wheels were 12"X4", I can get 5.30-12 tires mounted on 12" galvanized wheels. My only concern is my old wheels were 4 on 4 with a 2.5" center hole, the new wheels have a 2.75" center hole, can I still use these wheels?

Yes that 1/4" center will not make any problems.... it creates a 1/8" space around the center hub. Go for it.

I figured it shouldn't be a problem, the lug nuts should center the wheel on the hub.
