Trace water on 2 plugs

1995 Black Max 175 EFI.
Been a little tough to start lately & running a bit rough. Pulled plugs and noticed bottom 2 on left side were pretty clean around the outer surface while the rest had normal carbon buildup. When I blew on these 2, a trace of water was evident. Immediately sprayed Deep Creep in each cylinder to avoid rust. Ran a compression test (motor was obviously cold as I didn't want to run it with water inside) with the following results:
Lside going down: 114, 115, 114 Rside: 118, 116, 115.
Normal range is 110-135 w/ warm block & no separation > 15 psi...so within limits.
Do I need to crack the head & replace head/water gaskets??
Appreciate any insight-am 99% sure it was water-the buildup around the threads was gray vs the normal brown/oily color on the other 4 plugs...
Thank you-

So I couldn't wait any longer for a reply...cracked the heads/exhaust manifold today. Gaskets were somewhat worn & there was water/oil mixture (white/gray) pooled in the lower left openings on the lower 2 left pistons (where the input air comes in??) so the plugs spoke the truth. Everything else looked really good considering this motor is 14 yrs old!
Tried to clean up all the liquid & ordered new OEM gaskets.
New question? The only way that water could have entered is through the 3 gaskets I'm replacing, correct??

Thanks,

Lando
