Towing tube with bayliner capri 1700 1992 70hp

Hi guy im new to boating. I am looking to buy a tube, and i don t know if my 70 hp will have enough power to tow a 2 rider hotdog with one adult and one kid on it

It'll pull it ... not sure how exciting a ride you can make it with the 70. The boat will likely need to be loaded light for better performance.
