Tough times for some boaters!!!!

Here is the deal: I have sold a company of mine in 2007 and the company (large 50mil a year) decided for whatever reason they were not going to pay 5 companys they bought.

I have almost settled a lawsuit with them but meanwhile i cant get regular financing to buy a new boat this season so Im looking for some help. I will put up 20k and make all payments and cost of the boat I have a home in a guard gated community in bullhead (safe place) to store the boat i will give you any type of security you need to protect yourself. I want a newer cat style boat Ultra, Magic send me an email and lets talk.

If your behind in your payments and cant keep it going its better to have me assume the loan then to let it go back....If your boat goes back they will come to you for the shortfall after they sell it. If you have a boat and dont use it we can work out a deal keep it at my home and we share let me know...

Are you suggesting you have 20k for a boat and cant find one?

NO im suggesting i have 20k down and cant finda boat. but the probelm is my credit stinks and i need someone to carry the paper for 24 months or less..

Yeah, $20K won't get him the boat he is looking for. I wish I could help you out on where to find one, sorry! (Not in my price range )

Hope you have been boating for a little while if you are planing on operating that kind of boat and the horsepower thats in them!

So I guess youre looking for something pretty fancy huh. Im sure you thought of this already but, have you considered getting something smaller? The important thing is getting out on the water in my opinion.

So you want someone you do not know to get financing for a boat that gots a dang fortune in their name and let you keep the boat at your place where they only own it on paper? Sure you have 20k to put down, but what is going to stop you from running off with the boat that costs a heck of alot more than that and leaving the guy with the note stuck with it? Not saying you would, but there are very few people in the world I would do something like that for and none of them I met on the internet.
