ahah, i knew about the pin, i bought it yesterday :) , thank you.

I just need the torque, but i get that if the torque doesn't match the pin hole i'll loose it a little bit.

Take this for what you paid for it. I do it to 40 ft lbs, plus whatever is required to get the holes lined up on the outboards I have had. These have included a 9.9 Honda, 20 Yamaha, and 25 Merc. No I haven't ever looked up the shop manual Specs, just felt comfortable to me. Be careful not to jam the prop in such a way that you damage a blade.

Oh! good advice, don't hold the blade when you tight.
Finally there is a torque :) , if someone has the book i ll take the value. But thank you Lundangeler1650

ok, I got my new prop. Racerone, i followed your instructions, i set my torque wrench at 20NM because lundangler said to torque it at 40NM, but when i was tighting, i felt like 20 NM would be too much :), then I stopped before it clic at 20 NM. I don't want to brake nothing. even if i think that if it isn t tight enough it could also damage things...

Well ,----120 inch pounds is not very much !!---Converts to 13 NM ------Merely snug as already posted earlier.----That answer was not good enough I guess.

I don't understand, now you say it is not enough?
no, you are right,, at the beginning you say don't need to torque it, after you say torque it at 120 inch pounds and now you say it is not very much.... Ok, i am going to find the right value somewhere else... thank you. Have a nice evening.
