too rich running

1974? 70 hp johnson running to rich
what can or should i do
started out ok today than seem to just lack power and rpms
fuel puddle at front of carbs

Check and see if the floats are adjusted correctly, and the float needle is closing in each carb that is leaking. With the carb off and the float needle seated, blow into the fuel inlet. No air should go through. Flip it over and air should go through.
