Tohatsu trim seal (s)

I've got a '97 140 and both the trim cylinder seals are leaking on both of them. How hard is it to replace these? I'm not a technician but have some mechanical savvy. I'm taking it for granted that I can replace the top section where the ram comes out, is this correct?

The seal is not replacable. You have to replace both of the rod guides. They are available from ant Nissan or Tohatsu dealer.
