tohatsu 30mfs question

Hi,
I just bought a used tohatsu mfs 30b from 2006 (electric and manual start, electric trim)
Does anyone know if the wires in the picture below should be connected somewhere or is missing something out there ?
I make the mention that the engine start both manually and electrically

Yes, that wire should go somewhere. Red is normally +12v, for the starter, ECU, etc. Might have come off of that fuse. Hard to tell from your photo. Does the motor start and run properly now? All MFS30B motors have rope start capability. They were the first EFI that could be started and run without having a battery aboard. You can check out the excellent wiring diagram in the Factory service manual, available from any dealer (including me), but I'm not sure of the dealer network in Romania.

i try to buy the seloc tohatsu manual from this site but it is out of stock.
can you deliver a manual in romania ?
the only dealer i found here doesnt' t know about selling manual to customers.

Ask your dealer to order SERVICE MANUAL - TOHATSU - 25/30B 4STR. Covers 25B & 30B 4-stroke models. These are the EFI 4-stroke models. Part# 003-21054-1. US pricing $50.00. If he can't or won't order it, we can ship anywhere, but the 1 Kg postage will be expensive. Forget the aftermarket manuals. They are best used as doorstops. Too general, and not enough specifics to be of value as anything but a general guide.

In the end i found and bought the manual and I think I identified the problem. lacked a fuse.
even without it the engine started both manually and electrically and run fine
