Another statistical lie.

I am a gun owner and support the 2nd amendment, but that sort of carp is an embarrassment.

Re: Today's thought

I dunno, thought it was kind of cute. :D

Edit: a few years ago I heard (on Paul Harvey) the stats for deaths caused by drugs. The number of deaths caused by doctor prescribed drugs (considered “accidental deaths”) due to conflicts with other medications the person was taking, etc, was something like 10 times that of deaths caused by drug abuse overdoses. Don’t know what the numbers for drug deaths is now.

True JB, stats can reveal anything you want to, just let them know and they'll be sure to make the right stats. I just hope this gives everyone a chuckle.

:)

Re: Today's thought

Would this have any effect on the stats:
When a Doctor sees a patient, they are normally pretty sick. If he was to see a person who wasn't sick, would that kill them.
Can't say the same about guns.
Cheers
Phillip

Maybe the doctors will take care of the lawyers after seeing their statistics. Also doctors with guns will kill us quicker and with less pain than with their 'practicing medicine'.
