The bunks don't provide much direction until they contact the mid point of your hull. djohns offers a good thought...put bunks on the back lower portion to align the deeper V of the boat front earlier in the loading process. I'd stick with rollers up front but see if wider deeper V-type rollers could be used so that the keel does not stray to either side and fail to sit in the roller.
