....that has plagued some of my recent DSC posts....and attracted the displeasure of various Admins....

Please accept with no obligation, implied or implicit my best wishes for an environmentally conscious, socially responsible, low stress, non-addictive, gender neutral celebration of the winter solstice holiday, practiced within the most enjoyable traditions of the religious persuasion or secular practices of your choice, with respect for the religious/secular persuasions and/or traditions of others, or their choice not to practice religious or secular traditions at all;?
PLUS
?a fiscally successful, personally fulfilling, and medically uncomplicated recognition of the onset of the generally accepted calendar year, but not without due respect for the calendars of choice of other cultures whose contributions to society have helped make America great, (not to imply that America is necessarily greater than any other country or is the only ?AMERICA? in the western hemisphere), and without regard to the race, creed, color, age, physical ability, religious faith, choice of computer platform, or sexual orientation of the wisher.? (Disclaimer: By accepting this greeting, you are accepting these terms. This greeting is subject to clarification or withdrawal. It is freely transferable with no alteration to the original greeting. It implies no promise by the wisher to actually implement any of the wishes for her/himself or others, and is void where prohibited by law, and is revocable at the sole discretion of the wisher. This wish is warranted to perform as expected within the usual application of good tidings for a period of one year, or until the issuance of a subsequent holiday greeting, whichever comes first, and warranty is limited to replacement of this wish or issuance of a new wish at the sole discretion of the wisher who assumes no responsibility for any unintended emotional stress these greetings may bring to those not caught up in the holiday spirit.)

All the best....have a safe and fulfilling Christmas, and enjoy your families.

As a practicing Reformed Druid I am impressed with your endeavor to be inclusive. However, I feel it's only fair to warn you that should an Orthodox Druid see your post he will likely complain. They take offense at the notion of non-addictive gender neutrality. Frankly, we Reformed Druids find them a bit priggish, but a Druid's a Druid I suppose (unless of course you're talking about the Diminuitive Un-orthodox Druids. No one really understands those little guys. Some of the backslidden Druids have taken to referring to them as DUDs.)

Merry Christmas Tim.:D

So there is one representitive from every race religion and creed, and one rep from every hair color, and one rep from every animal and fish and insect on earth, one alien from every inhabited planet So on and So on.

And they walk into this bar!

Bartender says, is this some kinda joke???

Re: To avoid the controversial and out of bounds content ....

Uhh..OK.

And... Umm... Wow.

I don't know that I'm intelligent, articulate, diplomatic or politically correct enough... Well, let's just scratch the politically correct notion, as I believe that that's precisely the thought process guiding the selfpreservasive (is that even a word?) and at the same time, generous, thought filled outpouring of well wishes at this wonderful time of year.

If I possessed more of the qualities listed, I might actually succeed with a witty, even thought provoking response, worthy of the consideration you've extended to all parties involved... past, present, and future.

Unfortunately, my level of skill in such situations, historically, leads me to the conclusion that it would be in the best interests of all parties involved, past present, and future... that I refrain from such an endeavour. I certainly hope I've not sold anyone short, nor insulted any or all parties involved... past, present, or future; because to perpetrate such an act, would only serve to defeat the intended purpose of my response, however frivolous it may seem... Which leads us to a whole other moral, ethical, and dare I say... Yes... even legal issue.
Hold on now, gotta breathe... OK... How does that go again?... Got it. In through the nose, out through the mouth. OK... I'm back.

I think, what I'm really trying to say is... Same to you, Buddy... and all parties involved... past, present, and future... with the understanding that I do indeed accept full responsibility for my actions... as well as inactions in this and all situations directly involving myself, as well as any actions or inactions performed or otherwise by any said party involved, to include myself, and no other... past, present, or future.

Oh what the heck!!!...

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!
