Anybody know if a tilt and trim unit from a 85 horse will fit on a 45 horse?

Doubt it, but I haven't seen every 85hp or 45hp motor.

I have a 50HP and a 85HP Force (both 1987). The spacing between the transom brackets is larger on the 85HP. The 85HP TNT will not fit the 50HP unless you do extensive modifications.
