TLR-90 engine miss cold that went away?!?!

A couple of weeks ago my motor had a miss (one cylinder not firing) for about a minute, then it cleared up not to return that day. The motor is a prime start (not a feature in my opinion) and I was wondering if I could have flooded the cylinder and fowled the plug, which cleared later.

Is there something that needs to be checked? Water separated recently replaced, by the way.

Thanks

water or trash in carb bowl
fuel pump leaking extra fuel into the pulse port could cause it

Drain each carb float chamber to remove any possible water/debris accumulated there. Check each spark plug for partial fouling or small cracks in center electrode insulator which can cause poor/inconsistent firing, especially during rich mixture/cold start conditions.
