I have a 1981 Mercury 115. I have replace all the plugs, cleaned the carbs, changed fule line, change fule pump, anyway not much else to do. What is happening is when I give it throttle the Spark advance does not move forward properly like it is getting stuck, I can give it gas and move it by hand and it will take off like a bat, can get around 5100 rpm, then I slowly loose RPM as it comes back down to around 4200 to 4300 rpm, was wandering if the trigger might be bad or is it just getting stuck and is there some way to fix it. Any help would be appreciated.
