:) Recently back from Florida and rented what they call a lock out(2units in one section) at a Timeshare complex, very nice place only a mile or so from Disney, cost $700.00 for the week and we had to go to one of them one and a half hour deals where they try to sell ya a timeshare and try they did after several nos'!!!

They started with 18%interest for 10 years with so much down payment on a 30,000 dollar loan for 2 units (who would pay that) 700 dollar maintence fee per year, several nos later, they were down to 22,000 at 18%!!!! Told them they were wasting their time and at 18% I'd be paying about 2800 in interest the 1st year and for that kind of money I could stay in the Keys for 30 days and that they were only offering me a week!!!!

Finally we said that if we bought one we would pay cash!!! Well they were at the 22,000 still and now they start by offering the loan with no down payment, interest free loan, no 700 dollar interest maintence fee for life, we still said, no deal!!! And at that we went on our way and he didn't even say "Good Bye or Have a Nice Day"!!! ;)

MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!! MERRY XMAS!!!!!
