Thanks will give it a shot and yes pump is a new oneIt should be self bleeding.
In needs to have the oil added while the motor is down, adding when up can push the oil up into the electric motor.
Just running it up and down will clear the air.
If it's a new pump?? it might not be any good
The crap from china is horrible and 50% of the time don't work.
Sometimes people replace the pump when the seals in the bottom need replacing.
The pump: there is NOTHING in the pump itself that you can work on, don't take it apart as it is real hard or almost impossible to put back together.
The first 4/5 posts in this form have tips, tricks and pics that help to work on these motors. Lots of posts to help repair the T@T
I took lines off of pump and fluid doesn’t shoot out when u hit switch so I figure pumps no goodAlso new pump: the connector (if there is one??) between the motor and pump might not be hooked up?
Or since it's new the connector might be too short or missing??
Not all have a connector.
Going over this old motor I found a push button switch is this for tilt trim or something else?Just make sure the electric motors turning the pump???
Remove the electric motor and rig up a drill and turn pump and see if that makes the oil move???
