Tilt/trim stuck in full up

My 150 Mariner Mag III is stuck in the full up position after torential rain. Will not respond from any of the T/T switches. Battery power is good. How do I get the foot back in the water so I can get the boat to the launch and on the trailer?

Check all the connections under the engine cover.
Hopefully just a connection got loose.

1B-5 tells how to manually raise/lower if the trim motor is not working.

You can jump the solenoid and make it lower.
Green lead is for down.
​Blue is for up.
​Always help if you add the year and model#

Rain can get into the toggle "style" PTT switches, and make the "up" connection. Check the main fuse to see if it blew. Some PTT units have their own fuse or circuit breaker.
