My tilt/trim has an intermittent problem of going slow on the way up. The motor is only 4-5 months old, and isn't leaking. Fluid is full. Happens on all trim switches. Here is a video. You can hear it going up fine then slow way down. http://youtu.be/qjKACfdap_A
