Ive got a tilt/trim set up thats like the one pictured above, If i press the buttons there is a motor of some form that kicks on and I can hear it but it doesnt move the outboard, I did put some fluid in it and cycle it and add some more fluid and it moved some, but then it quit again and adding more fluid doesnt seem to make it move but i can hear the motor kicking on still. Any advice?
