I have a Johnson seahorse 115. I have read a lot of forums about how to bleed the hydralics in the ptt I've tried to bleed the system I loosened the manual relief screw and raised the motor several times and the level in the reservoir hasn't really went down. I can raise the motor by hand and tighten the manual relief and the motor will stay and not drift down. But once I let it down with the switch the motor runs to lift it but it doesn't go up. What am I missing
