Just purchased boat with a 1982 Mercury 115HP equipped with Trim/Tilt. Motor is positioned at "full tilt". NO response (will not raise any further and will not lower)? filled with fluid? pump motor runs? still no response. Any troubleshooting suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
