Hello there I have a 1994 bayliner capri with a Force 120hp outboard engine. It is stuck In the upward position, The battery is good, I replaced the two relays for the up and down. All I hear is a clicking sound from the relays. Would this be more likely the trim pump or the hydraulic lift? And are there any good websites to buy decent price parts?
