Tilt and trim motor?

I am replacing my trim motor and received the new one today. But there is a big difference in them or is it. Because its a replacement? I'm a newbie to this and dont want to be wrong?

Should fit as it looks like your replacing a 3 wire motor with a 2 wire....

Should the bottom of the pump be different between the two?(1st pic is the new one, and the 4th pic is the old one.)

Also if it is correct is there a certain way it needs to be seated.
