tilt and trim motor?

Can anyone tell me how to find out what tilt and trim motor i need, I have a 1986 Mercury 75hp? I'm new to the boating world just boat my first boat this past weekend.

iBoats shows that motor takes an ARCO 6276 or Sierra 18-6757. I wold verify by looking at the current motor and matching it up visually.
