tilt and trim motor

my t-n-t motor went out this past weekend and needs replacing how do you get the motor tilted up to access the t-n-t motor manualy?

Check for a manual release valve on the right side of t/t. It'll probably be recessed in slightly and will take a flathead screwdriver. Turn the screw out a few turns and you should be able to raise the motor manually.
