Tilt and Trim leaks

Honey colored oil is dripping from the bottom of the tilt and trim cylinders.
Is this a fairly simple rebuild with a manual?

If you're lucky, it's leaking from the oring under the tilt trim motor or the oring on the drain plug-relatively easy to replace. If not so lucky, it's leaking from a seal around the tilt or trim rods.

I should have said the fill plug-not the drain plug.
