Got a 93 mercury 15hp. I removed the shift/ throttle cables when I pulled my power head. Got everything reinstalled now my shift cables are out of wack. The handle will only turn clock wise now. Any ideas where I messed up? I have been working on this issue for a few hours now. Even with cables unhooked at motor it’s still the same. Thanks for any info.
