Tiller Arm Steering Kit

I have a 1996 Johnson 30 HP. Model # J30ELEDE. It is currently set up with a side console remote throttle control.

I really would like to change this to a tiller steer. Is there a kit out there for this model. Can it be done? If so, how hard of a change will it be?

check on eBay, most of the time you can buy those tiller arms for next to nothin'
