Thru transom exhaust

I am seeking information on how Capt.'s Call exhaust works and can it be installed on my 02 225 Sundowner 5.0 GXI, DP. Corsa exhaust does not list the Volvo/Penta 5.0 just the 5.7. Also Pros and cons, worth it or not.

I did some research and it appears that if I wanted a noisy faster boat I should have bought one instead. I love my 225. It's a great deal and suits my needs just fine. It has a sweet sound and goes fast enough for me. For the most part I was curious if anyone had done the conversion.
