Throttling up but no power to lower unit

My 2001 Yamaha C50Y starts and idles fine. Throttle/drive will engage in forward and reverse, but when throttle increased beyond idle, engine revs but no power to the lower unit. All codder pins and cables appear intact and operational. Any thought why I am not getting getting power to prop?

more than likely the rubber hub has spun in the prop.
Can be repaired by a prop shop or buy a new prop and repair the old and keep handy for a spare
