Yes they will work.
Just make sure the length is ok.
You can make a longer cable work but one thats just a little too short= NO
Look around for cheaper cables. I managed to find 4 22ft. cables for under $100. That was ebay.
NEVER buy used.

Thanks guys.....never replaced cables before. Will I reuse the end connectors from the old cables? Manual says nothing about this. Total noob on this one.

Thanks Nordin....the old ones look good to me. If I put these new cables on exactly the same as the original ones, do you think I will have to adjust the shift shaft setting?

No I do not think so.
Check that the shift shaft makes it's all travel and that the throttle starts to move when the shift has moved almost it's all stroke before the throttle starts to move.
The throttle connector have to have a pre load about 1/4 and the shift should be adjusted right one the ball connector.
If you get in trouble you can PM me and I can email you the factory manual how to adjust the remote control and cables.

I do not think so as long as you know for sure the old and new cables are of the same length and installing the connectors at the same length also. If any it would just be a minor adjustment which you should start with the cables first instead of the shift shaft.

3300 cables are unique in that they have threaded ends to accept the connectors. They are Morse cable designs, and if you can get actual Morse cables in good condition you will have gotten the best. It wouldn't hurt to google "measuring outboard cables" or something similar, just to make sure.

Nordin, Jiggz, oldboat1...appreciate your input for sure. Ran out of time yesterday. Will measure my old cables and order new ones. Nordin, my factory manual only talks about the remote control itself...nothing about the cables. If I get in trouble will definitely PM you for those instructions. Thanks again.
Since I did have detailed info on the control box, I tore it apart, cleaned and greased it. A lot smoother now.

Update......got the CCX63312 cables from Iboats yesterday and installed them today. Nordin, I was close to asking you for that manual, but after a few adjustments it is working good. Thanks for the offer anyway. (y)

Great and thanks for letting the forum know how it went! Enjoy!!!
Thanks.....took your advice about starting with the cables first for making any adjustments, did not have to mess with the shift shaft setting at all. Still need to get on the water and make sure the throttle cable is adjusted right....looks good doing an engine off full throttle.....kinda hard to do it for real on the garden hose/muffs. Lol

Good to hear you have the new cables in place.
Do not make any adjustment on the shift rod by now.
Check that the cables are connected at the right hole in the remote control box (if you have the older Chrysler remote box) and that the cables are threaded in the connectors to right distance as the instructions.
The connectors at the engine has to be adjusted right.
The throttle connector is spring loaded and has to be pre loaded about 1/4 in and the shift connector should be adjusted spot on the ball joint.
Finally check by shifting forward and reverse that the shift rod move all it´s way and that the shift rod has moved almost all it`s way before the throttle starts to move.
When shifting without the engine running you have to rotate the prop, otherwise you can damage the remote, the cables or the connecting joints at the engine.

Nordin, I followed your advice as best I could.....no adjustment on shift rod, cables in right hole(have the older remote), preload on throttle cable, shift cable spot on the ball joint, shift rod makes full travel before throttle starts to move.....rotated prop when shifting with engine off. Seems to be working as it should, and smoother than before.
