Throttle Linkage? (1966 33hp Johnson Super Sea Horse outboard)

Recently purchased a 1966 33hp Super Sea Horse that came with everything except the linkage to the throttle cable and the engine. I can’t even seem to find a photo online to see what it even looks like. I am currently waiting for the motors parts catalog and manual in the mail. In the meantime, Anyone know what I’m talking about and where I can find it?

What you need are Parts 49 thru 53. Don't worry about the diagram being for a different shift system
There are 2 Set/Pinch Screws on the Connector Housing. See that little Hiccup in the exposed Cable of yours, that was made by the Old Connecter screws, and that is where all the Forces of the Cable pass to the Connector

Oh sorry, your cable should have a ring at the end. Hard to tell with the picture...Hey just figured out pictures must be working again!

Looks like your cable is junk....should look like this.

Thanks Jimbo, this is what I imagined it would be but I just couldn't find any image or info on my specific motor. This seems like it would be exactly what I need.
