Throttle issues

Okay...I'm new to the twin engine set ups....can someone please advise....I have a quicksilver dual control throttle
setup. The starboard throttle is stiff and feels like it's grinding inside causing it to be firm and difficult to move smoothly
and easily with the port engine throttle. Is there an adjustment or a way to lubricate the mechanism so it will be easier
to operate?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for you time and assistance.

More than likely the cable, disconnect it at the motor end and see how it works and if its still stiff then you need to replace it.
