Hey guys, im new here and found this place while searching for answers on a little problem I'm having. It's a on a 16' 1993 Reinell with a 135hp I/O with a Mercruiser Alpha one stern drive. My problem is in the throttle controller. I know from research that its a single lever, dual action controller. Right now its in peices but I've attached pics so you can see. I need a diagram of how to put it back together. I took the back cover off of it to lube the cables and the linkage and when I put it back in the boat, the nuetral only button didn't work. That led me to where I am now. For the life of me I can't figure out how the nuetral only peices fit together. If I put the ball bearing into the red thing, it gets stuck and you can't activate the neutral only button, if you leave it out, it doesn't push the shaft out far enough to disengage the gear linkage. BTW, the throttle cam is not in the pick, its still in the boat, this is only the gear and throttle only sectoin of the controller. Any help is appreciated. The only markings on the controller are the serial number thats visable but it reads (815729C1). Thanks guys.
