So now I have a new carb, new fuel pump and new fuel filter.

I am getting gas all the way to the carb but it isnt spraying gas when I give it throttle. Everything is moving but there is no gas spraying into the carb.

Unfortunately, 'new in box carburetor came with boat', doesn't necessarily mean fresh and ready to use carburetor. Even just off the shelf I would prefer to rebuild my old carb, which I know once was working right, than try and get what *might* be a matching new carb to run correctly. There are never guarantees that a new in box carb is perfect, or even the correct one, for the motor being installed on unless you disassemble both and compare internals.

You may have a stuck check valve on the accelerator pump - which we expect to spray gas when the throttle is advanced. May also be maladjusted float level. Probably worth the effort to pop the top off and inspect check for cleanliness. Carburetors dry out and the gaskets shrink when left sitting. Stuff sticks. And throttle pumps also dry out and just suck air.

Wow....what a fun couple of weeks....

Spent over a week adjusting the throttle cable and playing with the carb. Changed the fuel filter. No change.
Removed the carb and separated it. Cleaned. No change.
Removed the weird TKS choke, cleaned, reinstalled. No change.
Adjusted throttle cable, adjusted throttle, no change.
Changed out carb with brand new carb with mechanical choke.
Adjusted and adjusted and tinkered and on and on. Boat starts.
Was running rough but it was running. Went for a drive, boat stops running. No longer getting any gas in the carb. Had to be towed back to the dock.
Removed carb and inspected everything. Nothing.
Bought new fuel pump. Installed. No change. Still no gas in carb.
Reviewed all the advice I received here....one suggestion was to check the fuel line. Found a hole in the fuel line. Cut out hole, added inline fuel filter there.
Boat started and ran like a champ. Still needed some fine tuning. Found a gas leak. Fuel line going into the carb had stripped nut.
Replaced fuel line. Needed adapter for new fuel line.
Installed adapter. Installed fuel line. Boat started. Boat ran. Boat runs better than any time since I purchased it. Still needs some tinkering with the air/fuel mixture and idle.
My truck is 0.29 miles from my boat slip. I walked back and forth at least 20 times during this process, in the Vegas heat.
Now I just need to get the boat to idle where I want it and I am all set. Thanks to everyone here who helped and offered advice.
