is there any throttle adjustment at the roller that moves the throttle on the carb

Yes the cam underneath the armature plate can be moved.------But don't be fooled to adjust it because it does not touch the follower at idle.-----What is your motor doing / not doing.----If there are running issues than some simple trouble shooting can be suggested.

Thanks for the advice. I am going to remove the welch plug and work things over with carb cleaner to see if it improves.
