I was hoping someone had a thread, pictures, or general advice for changing a starter on a Mercruiser 5.0 EFI. Im sure I could figure it out but have found that most the time it is a lot easier if you talk to someone that has done it before.
Ayuh,... Disconnect the Batteries....
Disconnect the wires on the starter,...
The starter is held on by 2 bolts, straight Up, towards the aft end of it...
Reverse to install the new 1....
