I am tempted to drag this thing home, although I may offer less, depending on the condition. I love boats with fins....
I am not familiar with the motor though.

I don't know why but it needs to be painted red on a white trailer.

plus the trailer is the same name as the motor (Viking) which is a omc....that looks like a typo and the motor is a 25 omc

1964??? I don't think so... Weren't fins on boats, esp really large fins, already phased out by 1964?

I suspect the motor might be both a Viking & a 1964. Mis-dating boats is/was common, my 1960 FireFlite was registered as a 1957 because the motor was definitely a 1957. The boat is clearly not a 1957, and most definitely a 1960.

I've heard of Viking OB's, but perhaps it's a Viking model (ie: my FireFlite) not a made by Viking (ie: my Glastron) boat.

Probably about a 1959 at the newest. Big fins were gone by the early 60's, but some companies streached the Smaller fins to about 1963-1964 such as my Custom Craft

I thought it may be older than what it was advertised as. I sent an email and I have my 20ft flat deck ready to take the thing home.
Not that I don't trust 50 year old trailers.....:/
