You bet! I talked extensively with the doc about dehydration with the severity of my symptoms. Agreed that this has not been any fun what so ever. I've recovered from cardiac catheterization faster than this. And that wasn't quite as painful either.

Bonz_d, Okay seems it isn't over yet. Sorry to hear you're not getting much better either. However, you seriously need to get some quality fluids back into your system, maybe try to sip on some Gatorade or something like that. However, mind you, I am not a doctor and I haven't even slept at a Holiday Inn either. But something is better then nothing... You can go for a longer time without food, but when your system looses too much electrolytes, things get serious quickly too. Hope you do start getting over it soon. We, wife and I, did get our flu shots this year as every year. And I can tell you, there can't be a more scardy-cat about needles then I. But I'd rather take a few seconds of such a shot verses throwing up any day of the week. I'd rather take a bullet to the head then throw up! But of course I do have to do lab-work for regular cholesterol tests as well. So I am getting a whole lot better with those blood draws now... Get better and soon too!

Absolutely, been sipping tea with lemon all day for 2 days as per the doc.

Tell me about the blood draws! I've been going thru that for 15 years and it's not getting any easier. Then the yearly stress test with more needles. After all this time it's still hard to convince the wife it's only heart burn, I'll LYK when it's time to call 911. And yes I'm more afraid of a heart attach than I am needles!

I hear there bonz_d. Seem the older we all get, then more needle we see because those doctors can test you for so many things I never even know existed. But health wise, I'm doing pretty good... Take care and stay hydrated...

Thought they had a nasal mist instead of the shot that works. Same meds with no shot. Remember that for next year.
