Thermostat housing bolts torque spec

Can anyone provide me with the torque specificaion for the thermostat housing bolts?

2003 Mercruiser 4.3L MPI alpha I gen II outdrive, if that matters at all.

Thanks! I know Eagan rather well, I lived there from 1966 to about 1976. Still have lots of contacts there.
