When we take over, there will be a big fine for not having a boat in the drive, and a bigger one for having an ugly boat there (is there such a thing as an ugly boat???).<br /><br />

I have figured out who sends those fines & letters and makes those nasty calls...<br /><br />a person that has no life or boat & are closet control freaks... <br /><br />... I try to think of ways to **** them off... and here is one I came up with after reading ad for DBS satelite... FCC has ruling on HOA, etc. forbiding satelites under 1 meter in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 & owners, renters, etc. have won all the cases so far using this law. So call 'em and tell them if you can't fish/boat you are going to put a satelite up so you can at least watch fishing/boating on cable dish... they will forget about boat!!!<br /><br />Have fun!!!

jim i would tell your H O A to go ahead and kiss your prop just because they fine you dont mean they are going to get any thing worst they can do is take away your birthday (they can have mine too if they want ) Rick

Take the president of your HOA fishing a couple times a year. You'll never get another letter from them about anything.<br /><br />If he doesn't like to fish, then smack him upside the head!!! :MAD
