Read this thread here from 2014, and it seems concise. just want to check and see if anything was missing.....

mine is also a 1995, so should be the same.

Looks like drain the engine using the block drains, pull the rubber caps off the back of the manifolds, pull the hoses off the pump (they are different sizes so cant confuzzle them in the spring...) by some miracle drain the PS cooler, which is just about impossible to get to... and pull the drain plug in the pivot housing....

Air dont freeze, so nothing going back in.... gas has already been stabilized, and the rest is just like any other IO out there, just want to make sure Im not missing anything OMC/Volvo specific..

we dont get that many hard freezes during the winter, and its ALWAYS above freezing during the day, but I figure better safe than fixing a screwup in April when I want to be in the water.....

Ok for the P/S cooler the way I’ve done it instead of trying to reach that impossible to get at drain plug (did that the 1st 2 years) is this:
Put the outdrive all the way down
Disconnect the raw water intake hose at the thermostat housing (86-93) or impeller (94 & up). Hole the hose down to drain water from it. Then hold it up & fill it with -100 marine AF until it comes out the water intakes on the outdrive. This will push out any residual water and protect it from freezing. I’ve done it this way for 20 years and in temps as low as 0*F have never had a problem. I
Also manually fill the block & manifolds with AF. I believe it helps with reducing internal corrosion; salt water boat; I don’t get rusty water out the exhaust at spring start up…still running my original 1988 block, 22 years moored in salt water.
