Read this thread here from 2014, and it seems concise. just want to check and see if anything was missing.....
mine is also a 1995, so should be the same.
Looks like drain the engine using the block drains, pull the rubber caps off the back of the manifolds, pull the hoses off the pump (they are different sizes so cant confuzzle them in the spring...) by some miracle drain the PS cooler, which is just about impossible to get to... and pull the drain plug in the pivot housing....
Air dont freeze, so nothing going back in.... gas has already been stabilized, and the rest is just like any other IO out there, just want to make sure Im not missing anything OMC/Volvo specific..
we dont get that many hard freezes during the winter, and its ALWAYS above freezing during the day, but I figure better safe than fixing a screwup in April when I want to be in the water.....

Im winterizing this engine for the first time and want to make sure I cover everything right. Can anyone tell me the location and number of drain plugs I need to pull? Also Im reading that I need to drain the power steering cooler and dont want to miss it. I have a SELOC manual but it covers...
