I am very grateful to you for your advice. I took your advice, popped the exhaust cover, and sure enough found a hole in the plate which was the cause of the water in my lowest cylinder. I was on the verge of putting my 90HP out to parts pasture, but I have a feeling it will be around for a while longer. Thank you.
