Good news. It fires up with WD40 so I guess the problem is fuel related. Where should I go from here? Do you recommend I replace last years fuel seperator, fuel filter, fuel line going from water separator to engine? Or should I do something else? Thank you for your assistance. You have taken alot of the frustration out of my day.

First, I'm glad to be able to help. The folks on this site were here for me when I was stumped, and so it goes.
Yes, I would strat by replacing all filters with cartrage type filters, and clean the seperator with carb cleaner. Replace any fuel line that has gotten stiffer than new.
Drain and clean out the fuel tank as good as you possably can (some of those built-in tanks are a project in themselves).
At minimum, loosen the bowl on the carb, to
drain all the old fuel out.
Once the fuel lines are clean, the bowl drained, put some fresh mix in the tank, and pump the primer ball till hard.
Try starting it. If no go, pull the fuel line from the carb, and turn over the engine. It should squirt fuel.
IF IT DOES NOT PUMP FUEL:
The fuel pump has failed. These are compression operated fuel pumps. But since it started on the WD40, we can assume good enough compression is there to operate it.
Order a fuel pump rebuild kit for your motor, and remove and rebuild the pump. There isn't much to them,so don't be afraid to dig-in. If you don't have a shop manual for your engine, tho,now is the time to get it. One "exploded view" is worth a thousand words,as JB or ODDD1 or someone once posted
They can be ordered here on Iboats or locally,if you have a good marina nearby.
IF IT DOES PUMP FUEL:
The carberator is gummed up. It could be a clogged pickup tube, idle jet or float needle. You'll need to remove it, order a rebuild kit for it, clean it,and reassemble using the the kit's gaskets.
Be carefull of emersion-type cleaners, as they desolve rubber and plastic. Usually,a can of spray carb cleaner is all that is needed. If you need further help, or run into a snag, feel free to hop back in here. That is what the forum is for.
Good luck, and let us know how it turns out
